Welcome to soodoo. "We," "us," and "our" refer to soodoo. soodoo operates this store and website (the "Services") to give you a curated shopping experience, powered by Shopify.

These Terms of Service, together with any referenced policies, describe your rights and responsibilities when using the Services. Read them carefully — they cover warranty disclaimers and limitations of liability.

By visiting, interacting with, or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you don't agree, don't use the Services.

1. Access and account

By agreeing to these Terms, you confirm you're at least the age of majority in your jurisdiction, and that you consent to any minor dependents using the Services on devices you own or manage.

You may need to provide information such as your email, billing, payment, and shipping details. You confirm this information is correct, current, and complete, and that you have the right to provide it.

You're solely responsible for your account credentials and all activity on your account. You may not transfer, sell, assign, or license your account to anyone else.

2. Our products

We make every effort to represent our products accurately. Colors and appearance may vary by device and screen settings, and we don't guarantee products will match exactly what's shown online.

Product descriptions may change at any time without notice. We may discontinue products or limit quantities by person, region, or jurisdiction at our discretion.

3. Orders

Placing an order is an offer to purchase — it isn't accepted until we confirm it, and we must receive and process payment first. Review your order carefully; we may be unable to accommodate cancellations after acceptance. If we change or cancel an order, we'll try to notify you via the email, billing address, or phone number provided.

Returns and exchanges follow our Refund Policy. Purchases are for personal or household use only — not commercial resale or export.

4. Prices and billing

Prices, discounts, and promotions can change without notice. You'll be charged the price shown at the time of order, confirmed by email. Posted prices exclude taxes, shipping, handling, customs, and import charges unless stated otherwise.

Prices here may differ from our physical stores or third-party channels. Promotions are governed by their own terms; if those conflict with these Terms, the promotion terms apply.

You agree to provide accurate, current payment and account information, and to keep it updated. You confirm your payment details are true and authorised, and that charges will be honoured by your card issuer.

5. Shipping and delivery

Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees. We're not liable for delays caused by carriers, customs, or events outside our control. Once we hand products to the carrier, title and risk of loss pass to you.

6. Intellectual property

All trademarks, text, images, graphics, reviews, video, audio, and their design and arrangement on the Services belong to soodoo, its affiliates, or licensors, and are protected under applicable IP law.

You may use the Services for personal, non-commercial use only. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any material on the Services without our written consent. Unauthorised use may violate IP law. soodoo's names, logos, and slogans are our trademarks; Shopify's are Shopify's. All other marks belong to their respective owners.

7. Optional tools

Third-party tools offered through the Services are provided "as is," without warranty or endorsement from us. Use of optional tools is at your own risk — review the relevant third party's terms. New features we add in future are also covered by these Terms.

8. Third-party links

The Services may link to third-party sites we don't operate or control. We're not responsible for their content, accuracy, or your use of them. Review their policies before transacting — direct any complaints to them, not us.

9. Relationship with Shopify

soodoo is powered by Shopify, but sales are made directly between you and soodoo. Shopify isn't responsible for any aspect of those sales, including injury, damage, or loss from purchased products. You release Shopify and its affiliates from claims arising from your transactions with soodoo.

10. Privacy policy

Personal information we collect is governed by our Privacy Policy; some data may also be subject to Shopify's Privacy Policy. Using the Services means you've read both.

Because Shopify hosts the Services, it also collects and processes data about your use of them, and may share it with third parties in other countries to deliver the Services. See our Privacy Policy for details.

11. Feedback

Any ideas, suggestions, or reviews you send us ("Feedback") grant soodoo a perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free licence to use, modify, and distribute it for any purpose, including commercially. You confirm you own the rights to your Feedback, have disclosed any related compensation, and that it complies with these Terms.

We're not obligated to keep Feedback confidential, pay for it, or respond to it, though we may monitor or remove Feedback we deem unlawful or objectionable. You're solely responsible for your Feedback's legality and accuracy.

12. Errors, inaccuracies, and omissions

Product descriptions, pricing, promotions, and availability may occasionally contain errors. We reserve the right to correct these, update information, or cancel orders affected by inaccuracies — even after you've submitted an order — without prior notice.

13. Prohibited uses

You may only use the Services lawfully. You may not use them for unlawful or malicious purposes, to infringe IP rights, to harass or defame anyone, to spread false information, to spam, to impersonate others, or to otherwise harm soodoo, Shopify, or other users.

You also agree not to upload malicious code, resell or exploit the Services, harvest others' personal data, or interfere with security features. We may suspend or terminate your account without notice for violations.

14. Termination

We may terminate this agreement or your access at any time, at our discretion, without notice. You remain liable for amounts due up to termination. Clauses that by nature should survive termination — IP, Feedback, Disclaimers, Liability, Indemnification, and similar — continue to apply.

15. Disclaimer of warranties

Information on the Services is provided for general purposes only, without warranty of accuracy or completeness. Reliance on it is at your own risk.

Except as expressly stated by soodoo, the Services and all products offered are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We don't guarantee uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free use. Some jurisdictions don't allow these disclaimers, so they may not fully apply to you.

16. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, soodoo, its partners, directors, officers, employees, affiliates, agents, contractors, and service providers — and those of Shopify — aren't liable for any indirect, incidental, punitive, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Services or any product, including lost profits, revenue, savings, or data, even if advised of the possibility.

17. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless soodoo, Shopify, and their affiliates, officers, employees, and agents from claims, damages, or liabilities (including legal fees) arising from your breach of these Terms, violation of law or third-party rights, or use of the Services. We may control the defence at your expense but won't settle claims requiring non-monetary obligations from you without your consent.

18. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found unlawful or unenforceable, it will be enforced to the fullest extent permitted and severed where necessary, without affecting the rest of the Terms.

19. Waiver; entire agreement

Our failure to enforce any right doesn't waive it. These Terms, plus any referenced policies, form the entire agreement between you and us, superseding prior agreements. Ambiguities won't be construed against the drafting party.

20. Assignment

You may not assign or transfer this agreement without our written consent. We may transfer or assign it without notice to you.

21. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where soodoo is headquartered, and you consent to venue and jurisdiction in its courts.

22. Headings

Headings are for convenience only and don't affect the interpretation of these Terms.

23. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms at any time by posting changes here. Check this page periodically. We'll notify you of material changes as required by law; continued use after changes means you accept them.
